Cardio/Weights

High intensity and low impact aerobic movements with periods of resistance training.


Yoga

Designed to enhance vitality and sense of well-being. Focus on flexibility, balance, strength, and posture. Great for stress reduction!


Burn Body Fat - 3 Mile Walk

A multi-muscle work out equivalent to a 3 mile walk ALL INDOORS!  Weights and resistance bands are used.


Refit

60-minute cardio fitness workout to upbeat, positive music. 

No previous dance experience is needed. All moves can be modified to lower or raise impact level, so all ages & stages are welcome. 


Chair Yoga

Improve your strength and flexibility; reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
